These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the M.A. Solution website and the provision of cleaning, renovation, maintenance and related services by M.A. Solution.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before requesting or purchasing our services.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Luxembourg or European Union law.

In these Terms and Conditions, “M.A. Solution”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to M.A. Solution.
“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the individual, company or organisation requesting or purchasing our services.
2. Our Services
M.A. Solution provides services including, but not limited to:
-
Residential cleaning;
-
Commercial cleaning;
-
Deep cleaning;
-
Property cleaning;
-
Renovation;
-
Repair and improvement work;
-
Property maintenance;
-
Preparation of properties;
-
Related cleaning, renovation and maintenance services.
The precise scope of work for each customer will be stated in the applicable quotation, written agreement, work order, invoice or other written confirmation.
Descriptions, photographs and information displayed on our website are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer for a specific service or price.
3. Requests for Information and Quotations
Customers may contact us through our website, by telephone, by email or through another agreed method to request information or a quotation.
Submitting a contact form or requesting a quotation does not by itself create a binding contract.
Depending on the work requested, we may require:
-
Photographs;
-
Measurements;
-
Information about the property;
-
Details concerning the required work;
-
An on-site inspection; or
-
Other information reasonably necessary to assess the project.
Customers are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
4. Quotations
Our quotation will normally identify the services we propose to provide and the applicable price or method of calculating the price.
Depending on the project, a quotation may also specify:
-
Materials included;
-
Labour included;
-
Work excluded from the quotation;
-
Estimated starting and completion dates;
-
Payment schedule;
-
Deposit requirements; and
-
Special conditions applicable to the project.
A quotation remains valid for the period stated on it.
If no validity period is stated, we may revise or withdraw the quotation before it has been accepted.
A quotation prepared on the basis of incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information may need to be revised once the actual circumstances become known.
5. Formation of a Contract
A request for a quotation does not constitute a contract.
A service contract will normally be formed when:
-
M.A. Solution provides a quotation or other offer;
-
The customer accepts the quotation or offer; and
-
M.A. Solution confirms acceptance of the project or begins work in accordance with the agreed arrangement.
Acceptance may take place through:
-
A signed quotation;
-
Written confirmation;
-
Email;
-
An agreed electronic method; or
-
Another method clearly demonstrating agreement between the parties.
Where mandatory consumer rules impose additional requirements, those rules will apply.
6. Prices
Prices will be stated in the quotation, invoice or other agreement provided to the customer.
Prices offered to consumers will be communicated in accordance with applicable Luxembourg law.
Unless clearly indicated otherwise, prices communicated as final consumer prices will include applicable VAT and other mandatory taxes.
Where an exact total price cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will provide the method or basis used to calculate the price.
A customer will not be charged for additional work merely because the agreed work proves more difficult than expected where that difficulty was already reasonably foreseeable and included in the agreed scope.
Additional charges may apply where:
-
The customer requests additional work;
-
The customer changes the agreed scope;
-
Previously concealed conditions are discovered;
-
Additional materials are required because of a change requested by the customer; or
-
Other circumstances arise that genuinely fall outside the original agreed scope.
Where reasonably possible, additional costs will be communicated to the customer before significant additional work is carried out.
7. Additional Work and Changes
If the customer requests changes after accepting a quotation, M.A. Solution may issue:
-
A revised quotation;
-
A supplementary quotation;
-
A written variation; or
-
Written confirmation of an additional charge.
Changes to the work may also affect the project timetable.
M.A. Solution is not required to perform additional work outside the agreed scope unless we accept the requested modification.
For substantial renovation projects, modifications should be confirmed in writing whenever reasonably possible.
8. Deposits
For certain services or renovation projects, M.A. Solution may require a deposit before work begins.
A deposit may be required, for example, where:
-
Materials must be purchased in advance;
-
Special products must be ordered;
-
Significant working time must be reserved; or
-
A larger renovation project is being scheduled.
The amount and conditions applicable to any deposit will be stated in the quotation or other contractual document.
Any treatment of deposits following cancellation or statutory withdrawal will be subject to applicable Luxembourg law and the specific circumstances of the contract.
9. Payment
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, contract or invoice.
For larger projects, payment may be divided into:
-
A deposit;
-
One or more progress payments; and
-
A final payment.
Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please contact us promptly at:
info@ma-solution.lu
or
+352 691 392 994
10. Late Payment
Where an undisputed invoice is not paid by its due date, M.A. Solution may issue payment reminders and take reasonable lawful measures to recover the amount owed.
Any interest, recovery costs or other consequences for late payment will only apply to the extent permitted by Luxembourg law and the applicable contract.
Nothing in these Terms permits M.A. Solution to impose an unlawful or unfair penalty on a consumer.
11. Scheduling
We will make reasonable efforts to perform our services on the agreed date or within the agreed period.
For renovation and maintenance projects, dates may sometimes be estimates.
Work may be delayed by circumstances including:
-
Availability of materials;
-
Additional work requested by the customer;
-
Hidden defects;
-
Unsafe conditions;
-
Weather;
-
Building access restrictions;
-
Delays caused by third-party suppliers;
-
Delays caused by other contractors;
-
Governmental or administrative requirements; or
-
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.
Mandatory statutory rights relating to delayed or non-performed services remain unaffected.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must cooperate reasonably with M.A. Solution so that the agreed work can be performed safely and effectively.
Depending on the service, customers may be responsible for:
-
Providing access to the property;
-
Providing correct contact details;
-
Providing accurate information concerning the property;
-
Informing us of known hazards;
-
Informing us of particularly fragile or valuable items;
-
Informing us of access restrictions or building regulations;
-
Providing access to electricity and water where reasonably required;
-
Obtaining permissions for which the customer is legally responsible; and
-
Ensuring that M.A. Solution is authorised to enter and perform work at the property.
Customers must inform us of known dangerous materials or unsafe conditions before work begins.
13. Access to the Property
Where the customer provides M.A. Solution with:
-
Keys;
-
Access codes;
-
Entry instructions; or
-
Another method of gaining access,
those details will be used only as reasonably necessary for performing the agreed services.
The customer confirms that they have the authority to grant M.A. Solution access to the property.
If we cannot access a property at the agreed time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Any missed-appointment charge will only apply where it has been appropriately communicated and is permitted by applicable law.
14. Cleaning Services
Cleaning results can depend on the condition, material, age and previous treatment of a surface or item.
M.A. Solution cannot guarantee the complete removal of every:
-
Stain;
-
Mark;
-
Discolouration;
-
Odour;
-
Permanent defect; or
-
Pre-existing damage.
If we reasonably believe that a cleaning method could seriously damage a particular surface or item, we may refuse to perform that specific treatment or recommend an alternative.
This does not affect our obligation to perform agreed cleaning services with the care required by applicable law.
15. Renovation and Maintenance Work
Renovation and maintenance work may reveal conditions that could not reasonably be seen before the project began.
These may include:
-
Water damage;
-
Mould;
-
Structural deterioration;
-
Electrical problems;
-
Plumbing problems;
-
Hidden defects;
-
Previous defective workmanship; or
-
Other concealed conditions.
If a concealed condition materially changes the work required, we will seek to inform the customer and agree on any significant additional work or cost before proceeding, where reasonably possible.
Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect health or safety or to prevent serious additional damage.
16. Materials
Where materials are included in a quotation, we will seek to use the agreed materials.
An equivalent material may sometimes need to be used where the originally planned product is unavailable or unsuitable.
Where a substitution would materially affect:
-
Appearance;
-
Performance;
-
Quality; or
-
Price,
we will seek the customer's approval where reasonably practicable.
If a customer supplies their own materials, the customer is responsible for their suitability unless M.A. Solution has expressly agreed otherwise.
17. Subcontractors
M.A. Solution may use employees, contractors or subcontractors to perform all or part of a service where appropriate.
The use of a subcontractor does not remove any responsibility that M.A. Solution has toward the customer under applicable law.
18. Existing Damage and Fragile Items
Customers should inform us before work begins of particularly:
-
Fragile items;
-
Valuable items;
-
Sensitive surfaces;
-
Existing damage; or
-
Unusual materials
where these circumstances may not reasonably be apparent.
M.A. Solution will not be responsible for deterioration caused exclusively by:
-
A pre-existing defect;
-
Ordinary wear and tear;
-
An inherent weakness in an item or material; or
-
A condition that could not reasonably have been identified.
This does not exclude responsibility for damage resulting from an act or omission for which M.A. Solution is legally responsible.
19. Quality and Problems With Services
M.A. Solution aims to perform services professionally and with reasonable care and skill.
If you believe that there is a problem with completed work, please notify us within a reasonable time.
Please provide, where possible:
-
Your name;
-
The relevant invoice or quotation;
-
A description of the issue; and
-
Photographs or other relevant information.
We may request reasonable access to inspect the work.
Where M.A. Solution is legally responsible for a defect, we will seek to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.
20. Customer Cancellation
If you wish to cancel scheduled work, please contact us as soon as possible:
Telephone: +352 691 392 994
Email: info@ma-solution.lu
Any contractual cancellation charge will only apply where it has been clearly communicated, appropriately agreed and is permitted by applicable law.
A contractual cancellation policy does not replace or restrict any statutory right of withdrawal available to a consumer.
21. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and enter into a qualifying distance contract or off-premises contract, you may have a statutory right under Luxembourg consumer law to withdraw from the contract.
Subject to applicable legal exceptions, the withdrawal period for a service contract is generally 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
You do not have to provide a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
You can contact:
M.A. Solution
103-A, rue de Bruyères
L-1274 Howald, Hesperange
Luxembourg
Email: info@ma-solution.lu
Telephone: +352 691 392 994
You may make any clear and unambiguous statement informing us that you wish to withdraw from the relevant contract.
You may also use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms, although use of the form is not mandatory.
Any legally applicable exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain applicable.
22. Requesting Work During the Withdrawal Period
A customer may sometimes want work to begin before the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Where required by law, we will ask the consumer to expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period.
If a consumer expressly requests the service to begin during that period and later exercises a valid right of withdrawal after work has started, the consumer may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided, to the extent permitted by law.
Where a service has been completely performed during the withdrawal period, the consumer may lose the statutory right of withdrawal where all legal conditions for that loss have been satisfied, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement.
Acceptance of these general Terms alone will not be treated as a replacement for a separate express request or acknowledgement where Luxembourg law requires one.
23. Cancellation or Suspension by M.A. Solution
We may reasonably suspend, postpone or cancel work where:
-
Continuing the work would create a serious health or safety risk;
-
We cannot obtain agreed access to the property;
-
A required payment remains outstanding;
-
The customer materially breaches the agreement;
-
Essential information is not provided;
-
Necessary permissions are unavailable;
-
Site conditions make the agreed work impossible or unsafe; or
-
Events outside our reasonable control prevent performance.
Where reasonably possible, we will notify the customer and attempt to find an appropriate solution.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
24. Liability
M.A. Solution remains responsible for loss or damage to the extent required by applicable law.
We will not be responsible for loss or damage caused exclusively by:
-
Inaccurate information supplied by the customer;
-
The customer's failure to follow reasonable instructions;
-
Unrelated work performed by another contractor;
-
A pre-existing defect;
-
Customer-supplied materials that are unsuitable where we were not responsible for selecting them; or
-
Circumstances outside our reasonable control,
except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.
25. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
M.A. Solution will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent recognised by applicable law.
Such circumstances may include:
-
Natural disasters;
-
Serious weather;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Major transport disruption;
-
Interruption of essential services;
-
Serious supply-chain disruption; or
-
Comparable events.
Where possible, we will resume performance once the relevant circumstances no longer prevent the work.
26. Complaints
If you have a complaint about M.A. Solution or our services, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

27. Consumer Mediation
Where a dispute between M.A. Solution and a consumer cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may, subject to the applicable conditions, seek assistance with an amicable settlement through Luxembourg's Médiateur de la consommation.
Before referring a dispute to the Médiateur de la consommation, the customer should first attempt to resolve the complaint directly with M.A. Solution.
Use of consumer mediation does not prevent a consumer from exercising any right to bring proceedings before a competent court.

Our services;
